Butterscotch Pecan Blondies

This recipe is by far one of the best treats I have ever tried. They are amazingly gooey and full of delectable flavor!

 

Ingredients:

  • Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 cups Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven 350°.
  2. In a large bowl use a fork to mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly.
  3. Press evenly into greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with pecans and butterscotch chips.

    Butterscotch Chips and Chopped Pecans.

  6. In small bowl beat sweetened condensed milk remaining two eggs and vanilla.
  7. Pour evenly over chips.
  8. Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is set.

Additional Info:

Cool thoroughly and then cut into bars.
Store covered at room temperature.

Blondies with butterscotch chips, chopped pecans and condensed milk mixture before baking.
