Butterscotch Pecan Blondies
This recipe is by far one of the best treats I have ever tried. They are amazingly gooey and full of delectable flavor!
Ingredients:
- Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350°.
- In a large bowl use a fork to mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly.
- Press evenly into greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with pecans and butterscotch chips.
- In small bowl beat sweetened condensed milk remaining two eggs and vanilla.
- Pour evenly over chips.
- Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is set.
Additional Info:
Cool thoroughly and then cut into bars.
Store covered at room temperature.
