Monkey Bread Bites
Do you have some refridgerated biscuits, but don’t feel like having a plain biscuit with butter? For a sticky, sweet treat, follow these directions and enjoy this yummy pull-apart goodness.
Ingredients:
- 3 cans Refrigerated Biscuits
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix Sugar and Cinnamon in a large plastic bag.
- Cut refridgerated biscuits into small pieces. I cut each biscuit into six pieces.
- Place cut busicut pieces into the large plasict bag and shake to coat all pieces in the Sugar and Cinnamon mixture.
- Fill each lined lined muffin cup with buiscuit pieces.
- Melt the Butter and Brown Sugar in a small sace pan, until mixture thickens.
- Pour 1 teaspoon of the melted brown sugar and butter mixute over each muffin cup.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Additional Info:
To create a more traditional Monkey Bread recipe, you can add 1/2 cup of chopped wallnuts and 1/2 cup of raisins. This is optional, of course!
